Mrs. Hamilton's Class

DYB DOB --- Do your best, Do OUR Best

My goal for my students is to become life-long learners. I hope my students will enjoy learning and quite simply, learn how to learn. It is something we need to strive to do throughout our lives.

What does a learner look like??

He /she actively listens which means they look at the person who they are listening to.

She / he reacts to what they are hearing with things like a little nod of the head, a smile, and frown of disagreement or confusion, a chuckle at my jokes (because we ALL know how funny I am!)

He / She asks questions.

She / He is open to new ideas and looking for more information so they can constantly re-think thier opinion.

He / she is prepared to learn at the beginning of class with all materials needed for that course.
